Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Wild Wild Chicks reserves the right to refuse refunds for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes of mind, orders placed after preparation has begun, or consumption of any part of the food. Additionally, refunds may not be issued for incorrect orders due to customer error, failure to pick up an order, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
